reversal of parental termination

Mother has full parental rights to child. Father went to prison for domestic abuse and court terminated his parental rights. Can his parental termination be reversed?

Doubtful.

There are a handful of cases where a termination was set aside, but each case required a jurisdictional or constitutional violation. An attorney would need to carefully review the record and the transcripts to give a viable opinion.
