Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

im reviewing a pending divorce decree and on the bottom of the form it states:

IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that, without affecting the finality of this Decree of Divorce, this Court expressly reserves the right to make orders necessary to clarify and enforce this decree.

IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that all relief requested in this cause and not expressly granted herein is denied.

Does this means my divorce will not granted?

No. It means exactly what it says.

Sometimes a decree will need clarification.

Anything that the decree doesn't say isn't said, that is, if someone asked for something that the decree doesn't give, then it isn't given.
