Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'm reviewing temp order and after the concludes the standard possionorder it is stated. 1. morality clause - the parents agree thatno unrelated perso of the opposite sex with whom the paren isinvolved in an intimaterelationship shall spend the night when the children arein theparent's care. and next it states duration - the periodsofpossessionordered above apply to each child thesubject of this suit while that child is under the age of eighteen years and not otherwise emancipated. my boyfriend and i were never married and only together for a year. can i request those to not be on the orders

Yes, you can request that this provision not be in the order. There is nothing "standard" about it.
