Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Revised Temp Orders

My 15 mo old step-daughter is not thriving when she is in her mother's care. Her Doctor says she needs to be removed from contact or have limited contact with her Mother. We are on temp orders right now--she has PCP. However, through documentation we can prove she has lived with us the majority of this year. BTW--the Judge in the county is only there 1 week a month. We've been trying to get a hearing for a month now to no avail--what should we do?

Re: Revised Temp Orders

Take the hearing to the judge's court in the next county - wherever he is for the other 3 weeks.
