rights

i want to know if you are command law married to someone and he lives in a house on land that his mother owns and i want my daughter and my 8 month old baby to stay until they find them a house but his mother doesn't want her on the property for no reason what rights do i have has her mother?

Since your original occupation is a legal one, you can stay until you are evicted by the mother, or until a family court judge orders you to leave the propoerty. There are exceptions to this rule. You should have an attorney to assist in protecting your property rights, and the children's child support rights.
