rights as a dad for child's health care and education

I want to know if I have any say over my children not being vaccinated and not attending public school . Is there a chance of a judge awarding me these rights for my children , since these laws are very loose in texas , in my oppinion .

vaccinataions - maybe; public school - not likely. Certainly, vaccinations are in the best interest of the child. You would have to show that public school is in the best interest of the child. That might require testing and an expert. There are probably economical ways to do this, but be careful. If you do this to cheap, your evidence might be stricken.
