What are my rights as a girlfriend thats been supported by my boyfriend for the last three years now he no longer wants to provide support

None, if you have no contract, unless you have children. You might possibly be common law married if you meet all the elements. But if you have no children and no property issues or serious health issues, chances are you couldn't make him pay anything to you even if you were common law married.
