Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

what rights do I have

what right do I have over a house willed by my father to me. The house was left to me, my two sisters, and the other half belongs to my mother. Also do I have to leave at any time if one person asks me too. And if someone is staying there that doesn't own any of it, but has been told by my mother she can stay, have any right to anything in the house, and can I have them removed if they are not paying any rent only bills.

I agree with Ms. Langford; that is how it usually goes. The will may specify something different, but I'd have to read the will. Any way, the courts would probably want to interpret the will the same way anyhow because life is too complicated otherwise. You're probably old enough to be on your own anyway.
