Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my rights as a mother

The state of Texas (Juvinial probation department) took my daughter from me and could not give a reason as to why. I was told I was abusive and then the story changed. All the Doctors I saw as well as the child protective services agreed I was not un fit and should be rejoined with my daughter. How do i get her back...what do I do

Re: my rights as a mother

You have provided very limited information. As an attorney that has practiced for 25 years, I am presuming that there is a great deal of information out there, which you need to find out.

Either hire an attorney to begin the process of re-establishing a relationship with your daughter, or start researching at the local county law library. Without the cooperation of the govt agencies involved, you will need to locate the answers, and start this process yourself. It can get complicated, and you are in a better position if you hire a lawyer.
