Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

rights pertaining to disillusion of common law relationship

i have been in a live in relationship for over one year in texas. Moved across the state because of his asking me to. Was totally deceived into thinking this was a relationship. Left family and friends behind. Now he has been having a relationship with one of his coworkers and plans to marry. He has never once told me of this. Only stated that he thinks I took things the wrong way when he asked me to move with him. He travels every week and I have totally taken care of his home and been raising his

14 year old son. Now i'm an emotional wreck and feel

he alienated my affction and has caused me much mental

stress.

Re: rights pertaining to disillusion of common law relationship

Whether or not you have a common law relationship depends upon the facts. Did you consider yourself to be married? You didn't say that in your brief description.
