Does my ex have rights to property
I have been divorced since 2006 I got
the house in the divorce now he wants
the kitchen table it was his parents
then his mother gave it to us as a
wedding present it has been in my
house since before the divorce can he
come get the table from me

Read your decree. Most contain a provision that everything in the possession of a party at the time of the decree signing, is the property of that person. Sometimes there is a list of items in one person's possession which is to be turned over to the other party at some future date.

There is no way to answer without knowing what your decree says about the division of property.
