Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Do I have rights?

My Son is in prison. Him and his ex-girl friend have a 2 year old Daughter. And the court ordered Joint Managing Conservators after they split up. It was also ordered that the Parent-child relationship is to be established between my Son and his Daughter, and visitation was ordered at any and all times as mutually agreed upon between the both of them. And I have been a part of my Granddaughters life since she was born, I had her and supported her day and night for the first 7 months of her life. And her mother has moved 45 miles away from where we live and every time I ask her if I can take the baby to see my Son she wont let me. Also when I ask to see her she has excuses and I don't get to see her. The only time she has called for me to see her was on her Birthday and Christmas. My question is, Do I have any rights to be able to see her? Or while my Son is away can I get his Visitations? I am the only living Grandmother she has. My Granddaughter knows who I am, when I have seen her at a store in the town they live in she wants to go with me. And it kills me to walk away without her. Please tell me there is something I could do.

Re: Do I have rights?

You may get grandparent visitation rights and he may get a modification on the previous order to get this done.
