i need to know my rights as a teen mom what i can and cannot do as far as where i live and the rights my mother has over me as far as my ssi check and the food stamps she draws on me as far as what are her rights and what are mine can i chose where to live while im pregnant can i leave her home once the babys born or do i have to reside with her til i am 18 i will be 17 feb. the 12

You are not an adult until the moment you turn 18 on Feb. 12, 2011. So, techncially, you are a child having a baby.
I don't understand why you are receiving social security.
I believe that food stamps belong to her. If you want them, then you will need to apply for them. I don't know if you can collect them if you are under 18.
I don't believe CPS will do anything if you leave home.
I would call your local sheriff, constable and police and see their commander's policy regarding 17 year old.
