rights

after termination of parental rights by request of the custodial parent the non-custodial parent has non at all no obligations period by law. There after the custodial parent can't do anything nor contact or file nor take to court after all is final? Non-custodial parent already pays support and provide health by law. Re: rights

I have no idea what you are asking. Please re-write your question and ask it again.

You probably need to go see an attorney in your area and pay the attorney for an hour of their time to answer all of your questions.

Generally speaking, it is difficult to terminate a parent's rights.

If you have been served, you need to file a legal document called an Answer. I sell them for $25. It does not cost anything to file an Answer at the courthouse.
