Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Rigth now im in a child support order. My ex-husband and i had a baby we lived togther for about 3 years we seperated when my daughter was 6months we had went to court and at the time we went we got back together and we had moved back in togther needless to say that we are no longer togther we never had a court order stateing rights for visition rights so my question is do i have to let him see her today?so this question is important because he tried to take off with her and not let me know where it was that he was taking her so i dont want that to happen again.

If there's a court order, you have to obey it. If there's no court order that gives your ex-husband access to the child, then you don't have to let him take the child anywhere.

Lock your door, and don't open it when he knocks.
