Rule 11 Agreement in Texas

Me and my ex girlfriend just submitted the Rle 11 Agreement. Now she wants a Final Order, to which my attorney doesn't want, and says is not necessary. I don't want a final order as well, due to the situation. I would just like a 3rd party opinion in this matter.

Re: Rule 11 Agreement in Texas

I don't understand.

A rule 11 agreement is a temporary. You need to have a final document that the Judge can sign to be binding and later enforceable.

I'd talk to your atty. again.

If you don't do a final order then eventually the case will be dismissed and the rule 11 goes away.

I can't understand why you and your attorney don't want a final order that is signed by the Judge.
