Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Rule 11 family court
I am in Fort Bend County Texas.
Can a motion be entered to set aside Rule 11 once all parties, ie. clients and attorneys have signed the hand written document and the exchange of property has taken place per instructions?

Sounds like you may have an attorney. You should be asking your questions of your attorney who is the one who knows all the details of your case, but if all the terms of the Rule 11 have been fulfilled there is probably no real reason to set it aside. It's done.
