What is level 2 of rule 190 of the Texas Rules of Civil Prodedure? What is level 3 of that same rule?

In general, the various "levels" of discovery pertain the amount and duration of discovery allowed for a given case, depending on the complexity and dollar values involved. For example, Level 1 discovery is allowed only in simple, low-dollar ($50,000 or less) cases.

The provisions of Rule 190 detailing the discovery limitations, etc. are too voluminous to list here. I suggest you refer to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, which can be found in any law library in Texas.
