Rule 11 violation and motion

divorce both parties and attorneys signed a rule 11 on Dec 22 we agred in the rule to both see a speceifed dr to conduct a psych exam among 3 other items, the rule was filled with the court the next day, I meet the requirement and have seen the dr and paid for the exam, soon to be ex did not make her appointment withng the rule 11 deadline, now she says she wants to go to a different dr, her attoreny filled a motion to modify the rule 11 agreement, I feel I followed the rule she did not what are the chances she will get her motion granted?
