run away!

I want to know if its against the law for me to leave my husband and take my kids with me to hide them from a mentally abusive relationship until visitation is ordered?

If there is no court order in place, either parent can be in possession of the children.

I encourage you to talk to an attorney as soon as possible. You need to discuss the particulars of your case.
