Sale of home before divorce
My spouse and I are planning to divorce but the paperwork has not been filed yet. We have a home in Dallas, Tx with tenants living in it. Both of our names are on the title/loan for the home. He is threatening to sell the home without my consent. Can he do this even though my name is on the title/loan as well?

It is possible but not likely. If he closes through a title company, the title company is going to want your signature on the documents or a power of attorney from you to him that authorized him to sign for you or a court order or deed awarding him the house.
However, if he were to sign a deed to the house to someone and that person recorded the deed, that might operate to transfer the title.
