me and my wife are seperating for now not divorcing can i move with my kids since she left them with me

You're an adult - you can go anywhere you want, anytime you're ready - unless there is a court order to the contrary. If you're not going to get a divorce, I suggest you get temporary orders concerning custody of the children. You can always modify the documents later to go for the divorce.
