Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I may be sanctioned to cover the other parties lawyer costs. If The the court does sanction this, do I have to pay this at once, or can it be payed over time? Is there a minimum amount?

Since it sounds like you have been unsuccessful in recent litigation, this is the time to hrie a lawyer, and try to mitigate the damage. Normally the court does not order a payment plan, it is often ordered paid in full within 30 days or less of the order.
