savings account withdrawl

My husband and I had joint savings and checking accounts. He withdrew all funds after our temporary orders were in place, and the orders stated not to touch the funds. He has now place 800 dollars back in the savings account. Do I have the right to access and withdraw this money, since it is in our joint account?

We're still in the process of divorce.

No, because then you would be violating the TOs, too. What you have is a right to a division of the marital assets that takes into consideration the total amount that was in savings before your husband withdraw the money. You need an attorney.
