Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Scared

if, my ex husband, abandoned, abused, both me and my children 5yrs ago,we have proof of skull fractures. with no contact other than child support checks here and there, (hes currently 18,000 in arrears ). What chance does he have in having rights?

Not good but even worse if you get the Office of the Attorney General after him and an attorney for the child support debt. That will scare him.
