marhI have been married 40yrs I found out my husband is cheating on me with a 35yr old woman he works with i love my husband dearly he is my companion all my children are gone i want to fight for my marriage is there anything i can do legally at his place of employment or civil suit maybe against her she is aware of our marriage she is deliberately causing stress to my marriage.I spoke with her and asked her please leave us alone.Im just an old silver hair women that wants to live out the rest of my life with my life long companion. She laughs.

I'm sorry this is happening to you. But a civil suit is not available to you against his employment or the other woman.
