Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
School Teachers as Witnesses
Courthouse is 3 hours away, how can you legally get a teacher to add input into a custody case? Most likely will want minimal connection. Will a notarized statement work in court or what can I do to have a teachers input valid in court?

A hearing or trial requires the physical presence of the witness, unless you get the court's permission for alternate arrangements, under particular circumstances.
