Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In search of law office to contact opposing party only
My boyfirend just found out his ''ex-wife'' isn't really an ex yet. They have
been seperated for about 3 years, and she told him that she would file and
take care of everything. It turns out that she never did. I have been through
a divorce myself, and did all of the paperwork, filing, etc for myself by myself.
I wish to do the same for him. But we do not want to contact her ourselves.
(We are not even sure of her contact information or whereabouts) He still has
contact information for her parents. I am looking to find a law office that
deals with contacting the opposing party, but not to be involved in paperwork
expect for her signature on the waiver. I just need one signature and some
personal information from her in order to file. Time is of the essence, since
my boyfriend and I were planning to marry. Please advise. Thank you.

I don't like handling cases like you propose. It is just asking for trouble.

If you want to hire me to locate her and notify her of the divorce, I would charge $200/hour. I estimate it would be approx. $1,000.
