Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have secondary insurance on my kids ,

I have custody and am not required 2 have

This my x husband is. He is telling me

I have 2 share whatever money I get

Back from claiming my secondary insurance

On my daughters braces or anything.

This seems absurd, why would I carry it

2 benefit me not help lower his

Payments! Please help!

Read your court order.

I doubt that you are getting more money than the actual medical costs. Insurance companies try to make sure that never happens!

If he is unhappy then let me file a motion with the court to order you to pay him.
