Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Seeking child support from father who lives in another state
If a child custody decree was setteled in the state of Texas, but the father moved out of state without knowing, can a court order demand that he pays child support to the state of Texas even though he lives in another state? Do I even have the ability to find him if I do not know where he lives?

Yes. All states follow the priciple of domestication of orders and UCSFA for child support purposes.
