There is no such thing as an application for divorce. There is a Petition for Divorce that has legal information in it that starts the process for divorce but that is a document that attorneys charge to assist you with. There are some places that you can look at a sample document but there is probably not anywhere that you can get that completely for free. If you need assistance with a divorce please contact the legal aid office in your area or your local bar association for further assistance.
