Do I send my kids?
If my ex husband is in jail do I have to send my children with his mother on his visitation?

What does your order say? If it is unclear, get it clarified and/or modified to suspend visitation while he is incarcerated, and if necessary, restricted or supervised when he is released. Without an order clearly stating that she can exercise visitation, I would suggest that you do not have to send them with her.
