i am separated from my husband he just got a big settlement am i intitle to any of it

If you are married, anything either spouse acquires during that marriage is presumed to be community property However there are exceptions. If the settlement is deemed to be for personal injury damages to your husband, then it is separate property. However, your husband would have to prove this. You should consult a family law attorney.
