Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Currently separated from husband however we both want a divorce. We have 2 homes. One he lives in and the other he is letting me have to sale to my (our) son. We still owe on the property but will make a little small profit. For 5 to 8 months he will rent to own and then will finance through a loan institution. My soon to be ex husband has agreed to sign documents giving me all equity and responsibility to that home. (I believe because im on workers comp and have been left with no option but to sue the insurance and/or doctors for delaying my treatment and surgery for almost 9 months and he wants 1/2 of what if any winnings) . what forms do i need?
