Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I've been separated from my sons mother for six months he has been living with me 5-6 days a week I've had no help from her.she started dating the boy that took her daughter to home coming and moved him into the house he just graduated high school and left for the Marines and she came and took my son and told me cuz I'm not on the birth record so she would call the cop if i didn't hand him over..i don't know where to start to get things going to get my son back
