Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have been separated for 2 years. I have joint custody temporary orders with my child's father. When my daughter (who is 3) goes to visit her father she comes back talking about her father being in bed with another woman. She refers to their home as if they live together. I can not prove that they live together I have a copy of something that my husband and his girl friend posted on the internet that proves they are together and sleeping together. This was posted a week after I left. My daughter seems very fund of this woman and spends a lot of time with her when she visits her father. What can I do about this situation since I am still married waiting on a divorce and husband is probably living or sleeping over this woman's house with my daughter?

Get the divorce finalized!? If you really want to spend the money you could go back and see if you could add a morality clause to the Temporary Orders, but if you have been separated for 2 years, it sounds like it is time to get this over with.

I agree with Pat.

Additionally, if the child likes this woman be thankful.

I hear horror stories about men that hook up with drug addicts or mentally unstable women.

I know it's tough and painful (heart-breaking) to hear about the woman, but if your child is comfortable talking to you -- you are truly very lucky. You need to listen and not make your child feel uncomfortable. In the long run, you will learn a whole lot more if your child does not keep secrets from you. You are truly blessed to have a child that can talk to you about anything.

Then when you are alone, put your head in a pillow and scream! But, in front of your child, act calm and cool. It will work to your benefit in the long run!

Also, you will raise a healthy and happy child!
