Separation
I live in the state of Texas and want to file for a legal separation. Can I stipulate in the separation that I am not responsible for credit card debt that he accured even though my name is on the card?

There are no legal separations in Texas, although there are Temporary Orders. You need to find a good family law attorney in your area to explain things to you.
