Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

separation

My sisters husband has asked her to move out of their home and leave her two sons. she has gotten an apartment and is planning on moving out tommorrow. I fear if she does this she will be giving up lots of rights. Can you please help with this.

I strongly urge your sister to consult an attorney immediately.

Only a Judge can evict her from her home.

Is she leaving her kids behind? If she wants custody, this is a really bad idea.
