Separation
My wife wants a temporary separation and has asked me to leave our house. We have a five year old son and I do not want to leave because of him. There has been no abuse or other issues except she says she is unhappy. Can she force me to leave?

She would need to file for divorce and ask for temporary orders that including you vacating the residence. You really need to go talk to a good family law attorney. There are other, less ethical, ways to get you out of the house and effect the eventual custody arrangement.
