I have lived in the state of texas since the 9th of July 2007. I was just able to fly by wife and daughters down last month. She has deciceded to go back to Washington, Is it possible to stop her from taking my two daughters back with her?

It is too soon to file a divorce. Hire a lawyer to file a Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationshiop.
