Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If I get separed from my husband, me and my children can move to live other state? since Im not from this state neither my husband but he came one year before us to see the area where we can live,he choose and now we are not good at all, I want to divorce and have my children as well, they are still very little; one is going to be 3 and one is 20 months.

You have the right to relocate to any state or nation of your choice, with possession of your children, if there are no Court orders in place restricting you from doing so.
