He is jail for a federal felany and he left many of he thing in my house. We live togerder for 7 years, we are no merried.His mother want to take all his things away. I need the things to put in pownshop so I can help my selft to pay rent and bills.Can she take the things away or belong to me?

You state that despite living together for 7 years, you are not common-law married. As such, you have no property rights to his belongings. Neither does his mother, unless he has provided some written instruction to you to turn over his belongings. You have a legal obligation to provide reasonable care for his belongings. If you want to sell his stuff, you will first need a court order.
