Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If I have been seperated with my wife since 2009 after only living together married for 2 months can I be ordered to provide and pay for a vehicle I bought 6 months ago on top of child support when it leaves me with a negative amount of money for my monthly bills? I have not been making the payment on this vehicle a friend of mine has been in possession of it and making the required payments. Also if I am ordered to do this and can't can I take action against her and the ordering judge for causing me to harm my credit?

No you cannot take action against the Judge for any harm to your credit report. Texas is a community property state so any property purchased during marriage or any debt accumulated during the marriage is the responsibility of both parties. Child support is a standard calculation based upon your income.

You need to talk to a family law attorney in your area.

Child support comes BEFORE all other bills.

Judges have immunity.
