Seperating

My husband and I are seperating. We both have a car but they are both in his name. He states he will take my care unless I get it in my name. No one will finance me. Can he take my car?

File for divorce - it will preserve the status quo. Ask for temporary orders, as the court will decide who gets property and debts in the interim.
