Seperation Agreement
I am seeking a Seperation Agreement and need to know if i need to go to an atty to have this done. Or are there free forms online?

You need a lawyer primarily because there is no such thing as a legal separation in Texas. You can file for divorce and reach a settlement on Temporary Orders, however.
