Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was served with child support papers of two children I was unaware of. I requested a DNA test. On the day of hearing the mother did not show up. From what the child support office told me, she listed her ex spouse as father on birth certificates. He is the one that needs to request test. Is that correct? Can I request one? The mother is requesting i sign over my rights and would not pursue child support? What are my legal rights? We both live in Texas and live over a 100 miles of each other Your help is appreciated

You can (and should) request DNA testing.

And you should file a written answer.
