if you never get served child support papers in the state of Texas but you owe in the thousands and now your in jail what happens

I'm not sure what you are asking but here goes...
You still owe the money.
However, once the children are all over the age of 18, you can not be jailed for past due child support.
Also, if you are in jail, keep proof of the dates you are in jail. You owe the money but you cannot go to jail for the times you did not pay child support while in jail. You cannot pay child support while in jail since you could you earn money to pay the support.
