Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was served a citation by a process server today but i didn't have to sign for it and there's all these forms I'm Not sure What they mean if someone could expain to mei tryed contacting the What they are I would really appreciate it I tryed calling the Harris county district but the lady told me she couldn't tell me anything about it so here's the documents one is an (original petition in suit affecting the parent child relationship,statement of health insurance availability, an affidavit of indigency....thank you for your time :)

You need to consult an attorney in your area who practices family law. The citation should explain that you need to file an answer with the court by the monday following 21 days from the date you are served. If you don't do this, the person who filed the petition could go to court and obtain a default judgment against you.
