Served Divorce Papers

If I live in another state and was served divorce papers, from New Jersey. Can I write to the court and tell them I do not object to the divorce. Would just like what is due me from benefits. No kid's or property.

At the very least you need to reask this question of a New Jersey attorney. Texas laws and New Jersey laws are not the same. Your best bet would be to talk with a New Jersey family law attorney.
