Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i was just served divorce papers and they stait i cant have any one outside of family between the hours of 10pm-8am when our son is with me is there anyway around that

Based upon your question, I would assume that you have a temporary restraining order that includes that prohibition. If so, you will have a hearing within 14 days where your attorney can try to get that language removed.

You should have a qualified family law attorney to help you in this. That particular injunction is NOT standard.

Not to put to fine a point on this, but you are still married and weren't even getting a divorce until just now. Most Courts don't really like "others" in the home with the children overnight.
